Job Description:
Lumel is inviting applications from 2026 graduating freshers for its Star Hire Program. This program is designed to onboard high-potential engineering graduates who demonstrate strong coding skills and a passion for building scalable, high-quality software solutions.
The selected candidates will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and maintain modern web and enterprise applications.
Eligibility Criteria:
BE / B.Tech graduates in Computer Science (CS) or Information Technology (IT)
Graduation year: 2026
Key Skills Required:
- Strong programming fundamentals (Data Structures & Algorithms)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Hands-on experience in either:
- React.js (Frontend development)
- .NET / .NET Core / C# (Backend development)
- Rust
- Understanding of REST APIs and web application architecture
- Familiarity with Git or other version control systems
- Basic knowledge of databases (SQL / NoSQL) is a plus
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable software applications
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and senior engineers
- Participate in code reviews and follow best engineering practices
- Debug, test, and optimize application performance
- Continuously learn new technologies and improve technical skills
