Role Overview
We are looking for a Customer Success Associate to support and engage with customers, ensure smooth onboarding, resolve queries, and contribute to overall customer satisfaction and retention.
Experience
- 0–5 years of experience
- Freshers with strong communication and analytical skills can also apply
Work Schedule
- Shift timings may fall anytime between 6:00 AM and 11:00 PM
- Candidates should be flexible to work in rotational shifts if required
Work Mode
- First 3 months: Work From Office (WFO)
- Post training/probation, office presence may depend on assigned shift requirements
Preferred Skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer handling/support experience is a plus
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI (PBI) will be an added advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Interact with customers and address their concerns effectively
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the lifecycle
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
- Track customer feedback and provide timely updates
- Maintain documentation and support records accurately
