Role Overview

We are looking for a Customer Success Associate to support and engage with customers, ensure smooth onboarding, resolve queries, and contribute to overall customer satisfaction and retention.


Experience

  • 0–5 years of experience
  • Freshers with strong communication and analytical skills can also apply


Work Schedule

  • Shift timings may fall anytime between 6:00 AM and 11:00 PM
  • Candidates should be flexible to work in rotational shifts if required


Work Mode

  • First 3 months: Work From Office (WFO)
  • Post training/probation, office presence may depend on assigned shift requirements


Preferred Skills

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Customer handling/support experience is a plus
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI (PBI) will be an added advantage


Key Responsibilities

  • Interact with customers and address their concerns effectively
  • Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the lifecycle
  • Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
  • Track customer feedback and provide timely updates
  • Maintain documentation and support records accurately
