Azure/Cloud Engineer



Position Overview: We are actively seeking an accomplished Azure/Cloud Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of Azure infrastructure, networking, and applications, coupled with a strong troubleshooting aptitude. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide proficient technical support for Azure cloud services and solutions.
  2. Provide implementation support for our application in the customer's Azure environment.
  3. Diagnose and resolve issues pertaining to Azure infrastructure, networking, and applications.
  4. Collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams to comprehend and address their technical requirements.
  5. Monitor and maintain Azure resources to ensure peak performance and availability.
  6. Conduct root cause analysis to identify and rectify underlying issues.
  7. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for support procedures and troubleshooting steps.
  8. Stay abreast of the latest Azure technologies, providing recommendations for enhancements to boost efficiency and performance.
  9. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and optimize Azure solutions.
  10. Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours support and incident management.

Requirements:


  1. Exp Level 5+ years in a similar capacity
  2. Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
  3. Proven track record in the role of Azure/Cloud Engineer or similar positions.
  4. Profound knowledge of Azure cloud services and products.
  5. Demonstrated expertise in troubleshooting and resolving Azure-related issues.
  6. Familiarity with networking protocols and concepts (TCP/IP, VPN, DNS, etc.).
  7. Proficiency in scripting and automation tools (PowerShell, Azure CLI, Bicep, ARM, etc.).
  8. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  9. Capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  10. Azure certifications, particularly Azure Administrator Associate and Azure Solutions Architect will be considered a significant advantage.
