We’re looking for a QA Manager to lead our quality assurance team and ensure the delivery of high-quality software products to our clients.
Role Overview:
As a QA Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end quality processes for our products. You will play a critical role in establishing QA strategies, managing testing frameworks, and ensuring compliance with industry. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement QA strategies to ensure the scalability, performance, and security of our products.
- Manage the entire QA lifecycle, including functional, performance, security, regression, and UAT testing.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and DevOps teams to align QA efforts with product roadmaps.
- Ensure strict compliance with security standards.
- Build and lead a team of QA engineers, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance feedback.
- Define automation frameworks to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
- Drive the adoption of CI/CD pipelines, integrating automated testing tools and frameworks.
- Create and maintain detailed test plans, cases, and reports to track quality metrics and bugs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality software.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in QA practices, tools, and frameworks, recommending improvements as needed.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong experience in SaaS-based product testing and cloud environments.
- Expertise in automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JMeter).
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab).
- Knowledge of security testing frameworks and compliance requirements (ISO 27001, SOC 2).
- Excellent understanding of QA methodologies, test planning, and reporting.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing QA teams and driving process improvements.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in BI or Analytics product development environments.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Knowledge of containerized environments (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
