Role Overview: 

The Sales Operations Associate will support the sales, pre-sales, and customer success teams with lead management and sales support responsibilities. The role focuses on nurturing inbound leads, maintaining CRM accuracy, and assisting with quote creation and tracking. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, possess excellent common sense, and be able to analyze and resolve challenges quickly.  

 


Key Qualifications: 

  • Graduate  
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.  
  • Proficiency in using data analysis tools and CRM systems like HubSpot.  
  • Proven problem-solving abilities and common sense in decision-making.  
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and processes.  
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.  


Key Responsibilities:  

  • Direct the hot inbound leads to the corresponding sales rep based on product and region.  
  • Track contacts and leads through the sales process; ensure follow-ups and help prepare analysis. 
  • Pass qualified leads to the sales team and/or set up meetings. 
  • Ensure CRM systems are up to date with all prospect interactions and pipeline stages. 
  • Ensure timely follow-ups with leads to nurture them through the pipeline. 
  • Create and maintain sales process documentation, including slide decks and guides on using HubSpot efficiently. 
  • Ensure trials and subscriptions are created and processed.
