Sales Specialist - Work from office role (Chennai)


Role Overview:  

As Sales Specialist, you will identify, acquire, and nurture relationships with small and medium-sized business clients. Your goal will be to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and contribute to the growth of the company. 


Key Responsibilities:  

  • Initiate contact through emails with inbound leads from small and medium businesses. 
  • Qualify leads and maintain a robust sales pipeline. 
  • Conduct needs assessments to understand client requirements and propose customized solutions. 
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for SMB clients, ensuring satisfaction and addressing concerns promptly. 
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM tools. 
  • Provide regular updates and forecasts for sales leadership. 
  • Ensure trials and subscriptions are created and processed. 

 

Key Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). 
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the SMB sector. 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 
  • Proven problem-solving abilities and common sense in decision-making.  
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and processes.  
  • Proficiency in using data analysis tools and CRM systems (preferred but not mandatory).  
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
