We are looking for an experienced Senior/Lead Back-End Developer to join our Product team. You will be responsible for building and maintaining scalable, high-performance server-side applications. If you have strong programming skills, a deep understanding of backend architecture, and a passion for optimizing and enhancing web applications, we would love to meet you.
As a Back-End Developer, you will work closely with engineers across the stack to ensure system stability, performance, and a seamless user experience.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure backend services.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in Node.js/ Go/ or C#.
- Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
- Optimize database queries and ensure data consistency, reliability, and scalability.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications, improving application performance and reliability.
- Manage modern cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) to deploy and scale applications.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for streamlined development and deployment.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and drive best coding practices.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and suggest improvements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Back-End Developer.
- Strong proficiency in Node.js/ Go/ or C# and familiarity with object-oriented programming principles.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.).
- Ability to write complex SQL queries and design efficient database schemas.
- Familiarity with ORM frameworks such as TypeORM, Entity Framework, or GORM.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, or Azure.
- Experience with building RESTful APIs, GraphQL, or gRPC services.
- Solid understanding of software development best practices, including unit testing and code reviews.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex issues.
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Engineering degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Nice to Have
- Experience in distributed systems and microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of message queues and event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Redis Pub/Sub).
- Exposure to serverless computing (AWS Lambda, Azure Functions, or Google Cloud Functions).
- Experience with performance tuning and optimization.
