We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about HR and eager to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
- Help with onboarding and induction of new hires.
- Support HR operations such as maintaining employee records and documentation.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to a team-oriented environment.
