Role Overview:
We are looking for juniour backend developers to join our engineering team.
As a backend developer with us you will work on building core backend components and services that power our BI products. We work primarily with Go and Node.js, and while prior Go experience is not mandatory, a strong willingness to learn and work on Go is essential.
What You'll Do:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain backend services using Go and Node.js
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions
- Debug and resolve issues in production and non-production environments
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices
- Continuously learn and apply new technologies and techniques
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–4 years of experience in backend development
- Hands-on experience with Node.js
- Hands-on experience with Go
- Solid understanding of RESTful API design, data structures, and algorithms
- Familiarity with databases (SQL and NoSQL)
- Folks with Node.js experience must be willing to learn Go and work extensively with it
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and collaboration skills
Work Model:
- Candidates with less than 3 years of experience will work from our Chennai office (Work from Office)
- Candidates with more than 3 years of experience may be eligible for a hybrid or remote work model
