What You'll Do
- Design, architect, and implement scalable backend systems using Go / Node.js /Python/C#/Rust
- Own and drive key components and services within our BI product suite
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical leadership within the team
- Work closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, and Data Engineers
- Define and enforce best practices in code quality, testing, CI/CD, and documentation
- Identify performance bottlenecks and lead optimization efforts
- Actively participate in code reviews, system design, and decision-making processes
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in backend development
- Strong expertise in either Go / Node.js /Python/C#/Rust
- Proven experience in designing and building scalable RESTful APIs and microservices
- Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases
- Good understanding of system design, architecture patterns, concurrency, and distributed systems
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance tuning skills
- Experience mentoring engineers and leading small teams is a plus
- Comfortable working in a product engineering environment where quality and ownership matter
Nice to Have
- Experience with Go in a production environment
- Familiarity with BI/Analytics platforms or enterprise SaaS products
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Exposure to containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
