About the Role:
We’re looking for a passionate and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for translating user needs and business objectives into intuitive and visually appealing digital interfaces. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design solutions that solve real user problems.
What We’re Looking For:
• 0–1 year of UX/UI design experience (internships, freelance, academic projects all welcome)
• Basic English communication skills is an absolute must
• Portfolio showcasing thoughtful interactions designs with modern/ visually appealing UI
• Proficiency in Figma, including strong understanding of Auto Layout
• Can clearly explain design decisions — what was chosen, why, and the trade-offs considered
• Shows curiosity by asking thoughtful questions and seeking to understand user and business needs
• Approaches challenges with a problem-solving mindset, looking for practical solutions within constraints
• Willingness to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities
• A team player who collaborates well with other designers and cross-functional stakeholders
• Passion for creating intuitive, user-friendly interfaces
Nice to Have :
• Exposure to design systems
• Familiarity with responsive design principles
• Understanding of accessibility and data visualization basics
• Previous experience working with cross-functional stakeholders
• Basic knowledge of HTML/ CSS
